Apply now and let's build success together</p> <p>Responsibilities: As a Leasing Consultant, you will work closely with the on-site Community Manager to manage the property efficiently. Your key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Meeting with prospective residents, residents, vendors, and all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor </li><li>Serving as the first impression in our Leasing Office, creating a positive experience for all visitors </li><li>Providing excellent customer service and offering creative ideas for effective marketing/leasing plans </li><li>Implementing plans in accordance with Section 42 Guidelines, The Fair Housing Act, and RichSmith Policies and Procedures </li><li>Handling basic office tasks such as typing, filing, scanning, faxing, and answering telephones </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1 year of leasing experience is A PLUS! </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service </li><li>Proficient in basic office tasks and multitasking in a busy environment </li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills </li></ul>
