Together Supply Chain leadership and Program Manager drive key strategic initiatives related to business operations optimization opportunities and integration engagement. The Program Manager is expected to work independently assisting in the management of overall operations, timelines, key milestones, and resources. Incumbent will be responsible for program management and business intelligence reporting.</p> <p>The Program Manager oversees the integration of business intelligence (BI) tools and strategies into an organization's operations. This role involves managing data analytics, optimizing business processes, and ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively utilized to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. They apply knowledge of business, operations, and applications to recommend solutions. They are accountable for the success of process improvements, and overall project benefits realization. Program Manager's function as a key point of user contact and customer service for their area of responsibilities. Works with all levels of staff in and outside of the department, external parties, and others with occasionally high levels of ambiguity as it relates to issues, technologies, and organization. Routinely functions as a critical problem solver and subject-matter-expert.</p> <p>Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job</p> <ul> <li>Manage assigned strategic initiatives/programs to ensure achievement of objectives, timelines, key milestones and deliverables, and overall success. </li><li>Independently develops/improves new and existing reports/scorecards/dashboards, analyze key data, share findings and provide recommendations to leadership, business partners & stakeholders. </li><li>Organizes/leads Health System level committees while working with departments to define key processes; coordinates with key stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities generating value for the organization. </li><li>Collaborate on data analysis associated with existing computing systems. </li><li>Educate and trains junior staff related to business, information systems, systems analysis and program management through on-the-job instruction and formal training programs. </li><li>Ensure that program deliverables meet quality and business requirements. </li><li>Manage some or all parts of large and small projects/assignments, including system/application implementation using accepted project management techniques and tools, e.g., Smartsheet, ServiceNow or other project management tools. May consult users, management, physicians, vendors, and others concerning project risks and timelines. </li><li>Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required to react quickly and positively to new or emergent situations. </li><li>Independently identify and solve business, application, and technical problems; overcome technical barriers; and effectively arbitrate technical debates to speed problem resolution and project completions. </li><li>Directs or participates in the development of programs or other projects related to the evaluation, selection, implementation and use of advanced information technology. </li><li>Oversee daily operations: Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with quality standards. </li><li>Coordinate teams to ensure efficient workflow. </li><li>Ensure compliance: Ensure all operations comply with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations. Reviews and updates policies directly related to area of responsibility. </li><li>Performance tracking: Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments. </li><li>Prioritize and multitask. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li><li>Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. And there's more...Check out our MemorialCare Benefits for more information about our Benefits and Rewards. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications/Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years project management/program manager or relevant experience required; preferably in a healthcare setting. </li><li>Minimum 3 years system analyst or equivalent business experience. </li><li>High Proficiency in BI Tools: Expertise in tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations. </li><li>Proven excellent leadership and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to manage and motivate direct and indirect reports </li><li>Experienced working with executive leadership. </li><li>Experienced working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. </li><li>Experience in developing/implementing BI tools successfully with actionable results. </li><li>Successful management of internal & external operational programs to ensure success and process efficiencies. </li><li>Demonstrated understanding of key areas of the healthcare supply chain and business operations. </li><li>Demonstrated analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proven superior oral and written communication and presentation skills; able to interact with individuals across all departments. </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. </li></ul> <p>Education/Licensure/Certification:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Business Intelligence, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). </li><li>PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, or Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) preferred. </li></ul>
