They focus on securing multi-year, high-value commitments through solution selling, complementing the day-to-day efforts of Account Executives (AEs).</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Strategic Account Expansion</p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to solution sell within key accounts. </li><li>Secure long-term agreements that align with the customers strategic objectives. </li><li>Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with senior stakeholders to drive long-term growth. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration with the Implementation team</p> <ul> <li>Align with team to execute and deliver on solution. </li><li>Deliver presentations as a team to execute or close an opportunity. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration with Account Executives (AEs)</p> <ul> <li>Work alongside AEs to complement operational selling with strategic initiatives. </li><li>Align efforts to avoid overlap and maximize revenue potential. </li></ul> <p>Commitment Negotiation & Solution Selling</p> <ul> <li>Lead executive-level discussions to position DMG as a strategic partner. </li><li>Structure contracts with clear milestones and growth KPIs. </li></ul> <p>Market Insights and Strategic Influence</p> <ul> <li>Leverage data and market trends to proactively position DMGs value proposition. </li><li>Build executive relationships to influence customer decision-making. </li></ul> <p>Pipeline Development & Deal Execution</p> <ul> <li>Track and advance strategic opportunities from identification to contract closure. </li><li>Report progress and align on execution plan </li></ul> <p>Other duties as assigned by management.</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Networking: Ability to make connections easily and build relationships with new and existing customers. </li><li>Communication & Presentation: Conveys information to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, concise manner. Uses written and verbal communication and presentation skills appropriately. </li><li>Goal Oriented: Remains focused on goals and leverages resources to attain goals. </li><li>Prioritization: Manages and coordinates multiple projects/assignments simultaneously and completes tasks accurately and timely. </li><li>Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail without losing the big picture. </li><li>Risk Management: Takes thoughtful risks knowing that taking a risk is often better than not acting at all. </li><li>Problem Solving: Assesses situations quickly, reviews options, plans solutions and acts with urgency. </li><li>Time Management: Dedicates appropriate time to priorities, not easily distracted, and follows-up appropriately. </li><li>Analytical: ability to compile, summarize, analyze, report and action data. </li><li>10+ years of related sales experience. </li><li>Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent sales experience. </li><li>Must exhibit excellent written, oral and presentation skills through power messaging. </li><li>Encompasses strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making. </li><li>Be able to make business decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company. </li><li>Experience in complex sales organizations. </li><li>Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Get:</p> <p>At DMG, you'll be part of an amazing team that encourages learning, growth, and advancement.
