<p>Job#: 3030340</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>DMS/EMS/SCADA Analyst Assc</p> <p>Location: New Albany, Ohio (Onsite)</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>This role involves providing technical support for Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems within transmission operations. The position requires adaptability, a focus on meeting customer needs, and a commitment to the continuous improvement of supported systems. The analyst will also assist with standards development, scoping, setting creation, and troubleshooting for Protection and Control Engineering (PCE) SCADA activities.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain reliable operations of EMS and SCADA systems. </li><li>Provide support and guidance on problem resolution. </li><li>Train other analysts in specific equipment and software support activities. </li><li>Develop, improve, and implement EMS and SCADA tools and software. </li><li>Build and maintain custom EMS and SCADA one-line displays and models. </li><li>Perform modeling, check-out, and commissioning of Remote Terminal Units (RTU). </li><li>Scope small to medium SCADA projects with limited supervision. </li><li>Complete complex RTU configurations for both new and legacy systems. </li><li>Support stakeholders with common SCADA-related issues. </li><li>Assist higher-level team members with SCADA compliance items. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with zero years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with two years of relevant experience.</p> <p>Experience: Experience with SCADA systems is required, preferably within the utility industry. Experience with Remote Terminal Units (RTU) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is also necessary.</p> <p>Technical Skills: A detailed understanding of operational practices for applicable equipment and software is required.
