This position ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and Adena Health System policies and procedures. The incumbent provides direction for the clinical staff and participates in the workload as needed within his/her professional scope. The incumbent may also provide direction to clerical staff as needed. Decisions are made independently and/or in collaboration with the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director. This position has access to confidential information and functions under the direction of the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director.</p> <p>Required Educational Degree:</p> <p>Graduate of an Accredited Program in Medical Assisting or LPN</p> <p>Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:</p> <p>Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience and must complete certification within 12 months of hire OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Ohio License.
