<p>Analogic is seeking a skilled and collaborative Instructional Designer / Technical Trainer to develop and deliver high-quality training programs that support our innovative technology solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and is passionate about translating complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and deliver training programs across digital, virtual, and instructor-led formats </li><li>Create engaging multimedia learning content, including training modules, refreshers, and assessments </li><li>Build and maintain strong knowledge of Analogic products and technologies </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve learning content </li><li>Manage project timelines and communicate progress and changes effectively </li><li>Coordinate training logistics, including environments, equipment, software, and data </li><li>Deliver classroom, virtual, and train-the-trainer sessions </li><li>Represent Analogic in training events, videos, and webinars </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and organized training repositories </li><li>Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement </li><li>Align learning initiatives with business goals and workforce development needs </li><li>Ensure all training deliverables meet FDA, TSA, and internal quality standards </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) </li><li>5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs across multiple formats </li><li>Proven experience developing instructional materials and facilitating presentations or webinars </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, effective learning content </li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently </li><li>Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies, including Adult Learning Theory and ADDIE </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience measuring training effectiveness using metrics and business outcomes </li><li>Background working in a regulated industry </li><li>Experience collaborating with engineers, technicians, or field service teams </li><li>Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Visio, Adobe Captivate, Premiere Pro, LMS platforms, or Adobe Creative Cloud </li><li>Master's degree in a related field </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At Analogic, you'll be part of a team that develops cutting-edge technology in healthcare and security.
