Our group is responsible for technology delivery for the Servicing business, building and supporting a large set of applications and services that enable Freddie Mac to manage servicing for our full loan portfolio. This role will be responsible for leading the Servicing Systems Team, a cross-functional organization that encompasses DevOps, Production Support, End to End Testing, and Test Automation across our application portfolio.</p> <p>The Director will build and lead multiple technology teams supporting the aforementioned functions, providing vision for our DevOps capabilities, maturing our production support model and ensuring optimal resilience and availability for our applications, and driving automation across CI/CD and testing capabilities to improve our delivery efficiency. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.</p>
