The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support our targeted therapy portfolio, across both AUGTYRO and KRAZATI. This role requires a strategic thinker who will assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs, development of business plans, product strategies and tactical implementation.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement marketing tactics and strategies to grow AUGTYRO and KRAZATI across indications and achieve brand/commercial ambition. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solid tumor marketing, medical affairs, sales, market access, sales ops/training, omnichannel strategy, market research/analytics, etc., to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives </li><li>Conduct market research/insight activities and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges </li><li>Work collaboratively with PReP team to develop and execute high impact marketing materials in support of AUGTYRO / KRAZATI promotion </li><li>Lead the planning and execution sales team meetings (POA, regional meetings, training) </li><li>Lead CE3 evolution for brands and promotional activities through innovative digital channels </li><li>Support congress management and budget planning </li><li>Manage brand communications and make strategic recommendations based on key medical and clinical updates from congresses, publications, etc. </li><li>Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines and budgets. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required </li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing, brand management, US Commercial experience or equivalent (experience in oncology desirable) </li><li>Strong communications skills and track record of effective and influential presentations to external and internal customers, including ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization </li><li>Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. </li><li>Experience in managing external resources and partners, including Advertising agencies </li><li>Strong organization and prioritization skills </li><li>Experience working with and leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals </li><li>Strong ability to comprehend and discuss deep clinical data </li><li>Demonstrated strengths across BMS Behaviors </li></ul> <p>The starting compensation for this job is a range from [copy/paste hiring guidelines $137,000-$166,000, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).</p> <p>The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.</p> <p>Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.</p> <p>Eligibility for specific benefits listed on our careers site may vary based on the job and location.
