Coverage begins the first of the month following 30-days of employment. </li><li>Peace of Mind: The Employee Assistance Program is available to all employees, even if you do not participate in the benefits package. </li><li>Your financial future matters: Enjoy our employer-supported 401(K) with immediate 100% vesting, plus a 3% employer match and a 50% match on the next 2%. </li><li>Wellness Support: Access to HSA, mental health resources, and gym discounts-because your health matters. </li><li>Extra Protection & Perks: Through discounted group programs, such as legal services, home & auto insurance, pet insurance, and ID theft protection for life's unexpected moments. </li></ul> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Change Management Specialist supports data center operations by creating and managing technical procedures and ensuring all changes are clearly communicated and properly documented.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create and maintain technical procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs) </li><li>Work with engineers and operations teams to document processes and changes </li><li>Ensure all changes are tracked in ticketing/CMMS systems </li><li>Communicate change updates to clients and internal teams </li><li>Support continuous improvement of processes and documentation </li><li>Maintain and update procedures throughout their lifecycle </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a data center or critical facilities environment </li><li>Basic understanding of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), including power and cooling infrastructure </li><li>Experience creating or maintaining technical procedures (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, or similar documentation) </li><li>Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, accurate technical documentation </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams regarding change activities </li><li>Proficiency with standard tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with change management or change control processes in operations environments </li><li>Familiarity with ticketing or CMMS systems (e.g., EnCompass, ServiceNow, UpKeep) </li><li>Experience working with critical infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, HVAC, cooling systems) </li><li>Experience in data center operations, facilities, or engineering environments </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work in a data center environment, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs </li><li>Ability to climb ladders and access equipment in elevated areas </li><li>Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures, noise levels, and outdoor conditions </li><li>Good manual dexterity and vision to safely work around equipment and follow safety protocols </li><li>Valid driver's license, as required </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits Disclosure</p> <p>The hourly rate for this role is $44.00 per hour]. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire, based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and market/location.
