<p>We are seeking a full time onsite, Automated Testing Solution Architect at one of the following onsite campuses: Glenmont, New York; Springfield, Missouri. You will design and lead test architecture strategies that align with enterprise technology initiatives, focusing on automation within the Property and Casualty (P&C) lines of business.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business, Quality Assurance teams, and IT stakeholders to define the future-state vision for test automation frameworks and practices </li><li>Develop and maintain technology roadmaps for test automation, including strategic decisions related to frameworks, tools, and integration patterns </li><li>Translate business requirements into technical testing specifications, designing integrated and automated test solutions </li><li>Participate in strategic solution architecture planning, identifying future technological trends </li><li>Oversee the implementation phase, ensuring test architecture and automation designs are correctly translated into working components </li><li>Support the creation and mapping of user stories against defined solutions. </li><li>Ensure solutions comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies </li><li>Identify potential risks related to testing and quality assurance and propose mitigation strategies </li><li>Recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality and efficiency </li><li>Evaluate potential 3rd party software needed to meet solution goals </li><li>Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant work experience considered </li><li>Proven experience in delivering technical solutions (Obtaining business requirements, identifying needs, collaborating with key stakeholders, delivering the product) </li><li>Proficient in integration best practices </li><li>Hands-on experience with test automation tools/processes </li><li>Designing and leading system testing solutions </li><li>Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>Great to have, not required:</p> <ul> <li>Certified Solution Architect (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) </li><li>TOGAF Certification </li><li>Experience with Tosca or Duck Creek TAC </li></ul>
