<p>Music Teacher</p> <p>Position: Band Teacher grades 4-6</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>Teach lessons to students in small groups </li><li>Rehearse ensembles of band students </li><li>Traveling between schools is required </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelors degree or higher in Music Education </li><li>Massachusetts Teacher Certification </li><li>Experience preferred </li><li>A driver's license and vehicle to travel between buildings (mileage reimbursable) </li></ul> <p>Appropriate skills:</p> <p>trumpet, trombone, clarinet, flute, saxophone and percussion</p> <p>Locations:</p> <p>Elementary Schools and Marshall Simonds Middle School</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>In accordance with the BEA contract</p> <p>The Burlington Public Schools prohibit discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex in any education program or activity that it operates.
