This is a full-time, on-site position based out of our Carlstadt, New Jersey manufacturing facility … where precision, responsiveness, and execution matter every day in custom commercial doors and frames.</p> <p>Come see who we are at: https://www.assaabloy.com/group/en/about-us</p> <p>What would you do as our Technical Order Processing Supervisor?</p> <p>You will oversee the day-to-day execution of technical order processing activities, supervising a team responsible for configuring engineered-to-order products. Your focus will be on accuracy, workflow management, adherence to standards, and timely issue resolution within established systems and processes.</p> <p>You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are processed correctly and efficiently, while escalating trends, constraints, or recurring issues to management.</p> <p>You would also:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise daily work assignments, workload distribution, and schedule adherence </li><li>Coach and support team members to meet accuracy, quality, and productivity standards </li><li>Review and ensure orders align with architectural drawings, specifications, and production capabilities </li><li>Serve as a first-level escalation point for order questions, discrepancies, and customer issues </li><li>Track key metrics related to quality, accuracy, and throughput, and report trends or risks </li><li>Coordinate with engineering, production, sales, and customer service to resolve order-related issues </li><li>Support system and process improvement initiatives by identifying execution gaps and improvement opportunities </li><li>Ensure team compliance with safety requirements, policies, and standard work practices </li><li>Contribute to a safe, respectful, and collaborative working environment </li><li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate governance policies, AADG programs and policies, and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED required / Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field preferred </li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications </li><li>Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and engineering or production documentation </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting </li><li>Effective communicator who can translate technical details clearly to team members and partners </li><li>Hands-on, approachable leadership style with a focus on daily execution and team support </li><li>Prior experience in metal forming, commercial construction, or engineered products manufacturing is a plus </li></ul> <p>Compensation Range: $90,000 and $97,500 depending on background and experience</p> <p>What we Offer!</p> <p>We believe in creating opportunities and providing benefits that empower you to grow, thrive, and build a rewarding lifelong career with us.
