You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development.</p> <p>Merchant Services is the global payment processing business for JPMorgan Chase & Co processing over $2.2 Trillion in annual transaction volume. As a Product Solutions Associate, you are a strategic and analytical leader who is passionate about delivering solutions to clients and a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product </li><li>Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients </li><li>Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral </li><li>Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products </li><li>Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports </li><li>Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint </li><li>Strong sense of ownership, initiative and accountability to join an ambitious fintech environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Exposure to, knowledge of and passion for eCommerce and retailing including merchandising, logistics, returns, endless-aisle, and/or omnichannel selling (B2C and/or B2B and/or Direct-to-Consumer)</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with payments, merchant services, merchant acquiring, payment processing, and fintech payments products</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in strategy consulting a plus</p> </li><li> <p>MBA degree a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT:</p> <p>This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
