If you flourish in a fast paced, results-oriented environment, if you want to achieve individual success within a "team first" organization, and if you believe you can contribute and succeed in a demanding yet collegial atmosphere, then Lattice may well be just what you're looking for.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Skills</p> <p>The ideal candidate will:</p> <p>Oversee day to day operating cadence for a ~250-person global HW team</p> <ul> <li>Executive (SVP/CEO) updates, health metrics, and "state of the org" </li><li>Planning and tracking hiring and staffing worldwide </li><li>Operational and capital spend planning and management </li><li>Coordination of compute infrastructure (HW, CAD/EDA) and HW team usage metrics </li></ul> <p>Prioritize and drive strategic investments and new initiatives</p> <ul> <li>Align strategic vision with cross-functional partner teams </li><li>Manage cross-org dependencies and communications </li><li>Establish metrics for productivity/efficiency and their improvement through genAI tools/flows </li></ul> <p>Travel occasionally to San Jose/Portland/Manila/Penang/Taiwan/Pune</p> <ul> <li>Partner closely and collaboratively with senior leaders in all sites </li></ul> <p>Must-haves:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years in silicon/hardware organizations with experience driving program operations </li><li>Executive-ready written and visual comms </li><li>Fluency with budget and capacity planning </li><li>Cross-geography stakeholder management </li><li>Ruthless prioritization </li></ul> <p>Nice-to-haves:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with FPGA design and development </li><li>GenAI tool usage for engineering development </li><li>Prior chief-of-staff experience to at least VP/CVP level </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Benefits:The base pay for this role is between $175,000 to $219,000 per year. In addition to base salary, we offer an incentive plan bonus, and new hire equity for a competitive total compensation package.
