<p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Five plus years' experience in hazardous waste or chemical handling procedures required. </li><li>Supervisory experience is desirable. </li><li>Must be a team player and possess good safety and housekeeping skills. </li></ul> <p>DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the operation of the incinerator in conformance with standard operating procedures </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policy, and local, state and federal regulations </li><li>Inspect production area and equipment and document. </li><li>Identify regulatory compliance and maintenance problems, and implement appropriate corrective action </li><li>Ensure adequate training of incineration/operations personnel </li><li>Supervision of Operations Technicians </li><li>Assume Incident Command during an emergency situation when needed </li><li>Ensure safety standards/policies are followed for employees and contractors working in the incineration area. </li><li>Supervise maintenance and E/I activities in the area on nights and weekends. </li><li>Communicate with BOP to ensure efficient processing of waste feeds. </li></ul>
