Let your talents shine while collaborating multi-functionally with world-class experts in electrical, optical, product design, and other software teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Firmware scoping, requirements definition, and architecture development </li><li>Negotiate requirements with multi-functional partners such as image signal processing, algorithms, or application teams </li><li>Partner with software, electrical, and system leads to define test requirements and plans </li><li>Document and present agreed upon firmware architecture to cross-functional partners and leadership </li><li>Coordinate deliverables u0026 dependencies with software partners to align with dynamic project goals </li><li>Collaborate with hardware teams on component selection and implementation details </li><li>Driver development for sensors and other peripherals on linux, iOS, or macOS based system </li><li>Design and implement firmware for both custom and 3rd party systems including optical, motion, and depth sensors </li><li>Coordinate and deliver API's for automated test interfaces </li><li>Assist in bring-up, debug, test, calibration, and verification plans to ensure high quality systems are delivered </li><li>Coordinating multi-functional design u0026 development, small-to medium-scale production, test u0026 calibration, and support through the full system lifecycleExperience with Swift, Xcode, macOS, RTOS development is a plus Familiarity with Microchip, ARM, RISC-V, STMicro, Microblaze, FPGA (Xilinx, Lattice) architecture MS or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering (or related field) with over 8 years of relevant industry experience preferredArray </li></ul>
