You'll join a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.</p> <p>What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative</p> <p>In this multi-faceted role, you'll be the go-to contact for customer needs, providing top-tier support and ensuring every interaction reflects the Kirby Risk standard of service.</p> <p>You'll:</p> <p>Deliver outstanding customer service-exceeding expectations and honoring every commitment. Partner with outside sales to support customers and strengthen relationships. Coordinate with vendors to ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule. Support corporate marketing efforts such as product launches and training events. Valid driver's license required Comfort with multi-line phone systems and warehouse operations Experience with inventory management and loading/unloading shipments Forklift experience a plus Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm, with overtime as needed</p> <p>Why Kirby Risk?
