<p>Description</p> <p>Product Manager - Digital Channels/Cash Management</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Citizens is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and ongoing management of key cash management and treasury-related products. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, support platform launches, and drive solutions that meet client needs while supporting business growth.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across the product lifecycle.</p> <ul> <li>Own and manage product initiatives across assigned cash management solutions, from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancement </li><li>Partner with Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities </li><li>Lead product roadmap planning to support client needs, revenue growth, and long-term product strategy </li><li>Support product testing, readiness, and launch activities to ensure successful rollout and adoption </li><li>Gather and incorporate client, market, and stakeholder feedback into product enhancements </li><li>Ensure product initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory requirements </li><li>Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements or new capabilities over time </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Experience in product management, preferably within financial services, treasury, or payments </li><li>Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Experience partnering cross-functionally with technology and business teams </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience with cash management, treasury, payments, APIs, or ERP-related solutions </li><li>Experience supporting platform launches or significant product enhancements </li><li>Familiarity with agile or iterative product development methodologies </li><li>Experience in commercial online/digital banking </li></ul> <p>Why Citizens</p> <p>At Citizens, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful products that support our clients' financial operations while collaborating with talented teams across the organization.
