This position will require all standards of fine dining service are met and exemplary customer service will be provided to all residents.</p> <p>PRINCIPLE DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Takes orders, provides service and all requested items both graciously and courteously. </li><li>Answers questions about menu items. </li><li>Sets tables and maintains workstations are in proper order. </li><li>Clears dishes from tables before, during, and after meal services. </li><li>Assists with dishwashing and distribution of clean dishes as needed. </li><li>Ensures upgraded orders are billed to resident accounts. </li><li>Additional work routines may include taking trays and dishes to the dishroom, dishwashing, pot and pan washing, cleaning, and unloading carts for washing. </li></ul> <p>Why youll love GlenBrook:</p> <p>GlenBrook is our 5-star CMS rated health center providing living options in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care.
