We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Architect and/or Architect (Technical) to join our Honolulu office, bringing a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in multifamily or hospitality projects and a proven ability to collaborate within a dynamic project team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design Architect: Lead and contribute to the conceptual and schematic design process, delivering creative solutions that align with client goals and project requirements. </li><li>Architect (Technical): Develop detailed construction documents, coordinate technical aspects of design, and ensure projects meet applicable codes, standards, and quality benchmarks. </li><li>Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to deliver innovative and buildable design solutions. </li><li>Manage multiple project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and design intent. </li><li>Participate in design presentations and client meetings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily or hospitality projects. </li><li>Strong proficiency in architectural design software (Revit preferred; AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite a plus). </li><li>Design Architect: Strong conceptual design skills and a portfolio that demonstrates creative vision. </li><li>Architect (Technical): Licensed architect preferred; strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and code compliance. </li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
