This role is responsible for driving engagement, shaping audience-first content, managing digital communities, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance performance and member experience.Social Strategy Activation & Content LeadershipExecute platform-specific social media strategies aligned to overarching brand and Medicaid business prioritiesWork across Health Plans and Marketing to provide platform-native content plans, including episodic storytelling and always-on programmingPartner with Creative and Agency teams to deliver culturally relevant, audience-first contentEnsure consistency in tone of voice, content formats, and audience targeting across all channelsIdentify emerging trends, formats, and social moments to inform timely and relevant content opportunitiesOnline Community Management & Social Care LeadershipOversee Northeast Division day-to-day community management operations across priority social platformsWork with Northeast Division social media points of contact to drive authentic, timely, and high-quality engagement to build trust and strengthen brand reputationOversee response quality, timeliness, and sentiment management across social channelsMaintain and enhance moderation guidelines, response playbooks, and community standardsInsights, Reporting & OptimizationMonitor platform performance, engagement metrics, sentiment, and audience behavior trendsTranslate data into actionable insights to optimize content and drive audience growthDevelop reporting frameworks that connect social media activity to brand and campaign outcomesShare insights with cross-functional teams to inform strategy, planning, and creative executionSupport ongoing testing and learning initiatives across platforms and content formatsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing and local Health Plans deliver integrated campaignsSupport campaign launches, key initiatives, and real-time engagement opportunitiesServe as the primary point of contact for social media across internal stakeholdersEscalate risks, insights, and opportunities to leadership with clear, actionable recommendationsOperations & Platform ExcellenceOversee the use of publishing, moderation, listening, and reporting toolsEnsure compliance with governance, brand safety, and crisis response protocolsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution qualityDrive experimentation with new platforms, features, and engagement strategiesKey Success MetricsGrowth in engagement, sentiment, and audience participationQuality and consistency of community management and social careContent performance across reach, engagement, and relevanceSpeed and effectiveness of issue resolution and escalationRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, digital community management, or audience development.Hands-on expertise across major social platforms and emerging channels.Strong understanding of social analytics, listening tools, and performance measurement.Proven ability to translate data and cultural insights into actionable recommendations.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationStrong understanding of Medicaid members, supported by in-depth knowledge of Medicaid plans and operations.Experience operating in highly regulated Medicaid environments.Strong storytelling instincts and audience-centric mindset.Experience managing high-volume digital community interactions or social care environments.Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility settingsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent work experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
