This is a 6-month contract position that requires you to be located in the Philly/Basking Ridge/New Jersey area, as onsite presence is essential for this project.</p> <p>YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage large, complex projects with additional layers of complexity, such as new technology integration, significant cross-functional business impact, and multiple stakeholders and vendors</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in technical skills and work with minimal supervision of a Program or Portfolio Manager</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the designated timeline and budget</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address any issues that may arise</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Manage the complex Learning and Development Roadmap rollout, including a technology assessment, to ensure the HR transformation initiatives remain on track and deliver expected business value.</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate quickly with the existing teams and processes to maintain continuity with Change Management leadership and operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate closely with the HR and IT and Global teams to drive the program initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proven program and project management experience, with the ability to lead complex initiatives and deliver results within tight timelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with HR, Enterprise, Learning & Development Systems and process transformations.</p> </li><li> <p>6+ years of relevant experience in program or project management</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical skills and familiarity with the latest technologies and methodologies</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing projects with multiple vendors and across various geographical</p> </li></ul> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States, without the need for visa sponsorship by North Highland.
