Digital Commercial Market Insights Manager will ensure that insights are accurate, accessible and actionable.</p> <p>Specifically focuses 3rd party market Intel, infrastructure and tools development.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>To enhance the outside-in perspective by consolidating 3rd party consumer behavior and market trends data relevant for Digital Business. </li><li>Ensure market insights data is effectively placed to guide Digital Business teams and improve business outcomes. </li><li>Develop and implement tools, dashboards, and systems to standardize the way market insights are collected, processed and shared across teams. Ensure tools are actionable, user-friendly and data usage is compliant. </li><li>Collaborate with CMI team to consolidate relevant insights on consumer behavior, market trends and competitors from third-party data sources that support market intel-driven decision-making for eCommerce </li><li>Identify potential blind spots early, helping business teams address challenges before they impact performance. </li></ul> <p>What success will look like in two years:</p> <ul> <li>Consumer, competitor and other market relevant insights available in the Miele world are leveraged efficiently and effectively to support the Business teams in data-driven decision-making. </li></ul> <p>Key performance measures for position:</p> <ul> <li>Actionability of insights. </li><li>Insight reporting frequency. </li><li>Stakeholder satisfaction with insights provided. </li></ul> <p>Competencies/Skills for position:</p> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of eCommerce markets and consumer behavior, ideally with experience in multiple geographies. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations. </li><li>Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting. </li><li>Experience developing scalable tools and systems for gathering and analyzing market insights. </li></ul> <p>Start:</p> <p>2025-09-01</p>
