The ideal candidate is a proven leader in multi-unit QSR or franchise operations, with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to build relationships across a diverse group of individuals.</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities:</p> <p>Business Leadership & Performance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive regional profitability (franchisee and Popeyes P&L management), operational excellence, and brand consistency across all franchisee locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with RSC teams to drive sales and traffic, enhance operational efficiency, and improve unit-level economics.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze key performance metrics, identify opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to franchisees and leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>Franchisee Support & Relationship Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary liaison between the Popeyes brand and franchisees, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring brand alignment.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide franchisees and their teams in implementing best practices, ensuring brand standards enforcement, and maximizing profitability.</p> </li><li> <p>Support new store openings, remodels, and market expansion efforts with existing and new franchisees.</p> </li></ul> <p>Operational & Team Leadership</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and mentor a team of franchise business partners and operations partners responsible for operations, sales, and business development within region.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with franchise agreements, operational guidelines, and food safety standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>10 years of experience; specific experience in Franchise Operations or Company Operations within QSR industry preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management and business performance analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to influence and collaborate with franchisees and stakeholders at all levels</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading teams and driving business growth in a complex, multi-unit environment</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in QSR</p> </li><li> <p>This position requires frequent travel within the Central region</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary:</p> <p>Base salary range of $180,000 - $200,000. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.</p> <p>This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
