Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.</p> <p>You will join Chase's Personalization & Customer Insights team as an innovative Product Associate, leveraging your experience in AI/ML, AWS, and API product development to contribute to the rapidly growing field of making banking simple, human, and personal. In this role, you will be part of the Data and ML Platform team, bringing intelligent personalization to our customers. You will collaborate with product partners, data scientists, and technology teams throughout the model development lifecycle.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with the Product Manager to identify new feature opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery. </li><li>Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new data features on the overall product experience. </li><li>Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insights on potential data features that add value to customers. </li><li>Analyze, track, and evaluate feature metrics, ensuring adherence to time, cost, and quality targets throughout the feature development lifecycle. </li><li>Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support feature development and distribution. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area </li><li>Proficient in Product Development Life Cycle: Experience in all phases of the product life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition, ensuring effective product development and optimization. </li><li>Experience in Data Management for Product Development: Skilled in data discovery, computation, distribution, and taxonomy ensuring data is effectively leveraged to support product development for personalization initiatives. </li><li>Excellent project management skills with a strong motivation to achieve results. </li><li>Structured and strategic thinker with effective communication skills, including excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>Experience with JIRA, including epic/story refinement, epic/story writing, and participation in PBR (Product Backlog Refinement) sessions </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience working with data scientists and ML engineers to deliver ML solutions in a production, customer-facing environment. </li><li>Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions. </li><li>BS or MS in Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field of study. </li><li>Strong knowledge of current digital banking trends. </li><li>Experience working with recommendation systems or digital marketing. </li></ul>
