As a Resort Coordinator, you will help drive company success by performing the following tasks to the highest standards:</p> <p>What will I be doing?</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for processing weekly invoices/expense reports </li><li>Collects accurate documentation in order to complete vendor contracts in Asgard/Selectica, including various contracts related to annual reserve projects </li><li>Accurately collects proper documents related to incidents occurring at the resort; completes data entry into the iTrak system and keeps General Manager informed throughout the process </li><li>Answer telephone calls </li><li>Arrange meetings on behalf of the General Manager; documents and distributes minutes as required </li><li>Ensures all vendor inquiries are handled in a professional and expedient manner </li><li>Assist General Manager with reserve budgets/projects (processing invoices, balancing project reserves) </li><li>Places Purchases for all departments as needed </li><li>Participate in all Member and team member resort events by purchasing, setting up and clean up on the different events </li><li>Assists and helps departments in the search and purchasing </li><li>Driving guest and associate activities </li><li>Event planning, coordinating, decorating </li><li>Audit tracking for QA/LP Compliance </li><li>Unit and Property walks as needed </li><li>Social media posts on LinkedIn </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Hilton Grand Vacations is an authority in the vacation ownership industry, operating with an unwavering dedication to innovation, quality, and continued growth.
