This is a remarkable opportunity to showcase your skills in a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Act as a high-level technician, providing mentorship and critical evaluation of processes. </li><li>Perform aseptic gowning, material flow, and operate processing equipment with strict compliance to SOPs and GMP standards. </li><li>Conduct quality investigations, review manufacturing batch records, and collaborate with Quality & PD teams. </li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide mentorship to peers. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure compliance with safety guidelines. </li><li>SME on 1 Unit Operation. </li><li>Acquires samples of batches/products in accordance with company procedures; submits samples to required functional areas for testing and to resolve specific properties. Records/analyzes results and takes appropriate action. </li><li>Responsible for the upkeep of manufacturing equipment. </li><li>Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, and support batch record reconciliation. </li><li>Participate in performance huddles and help plan process schedules. </li><li>Uphold a culture of safety by identifying and resolving safety observations. </li></ul> <p>90% of time spent on the floor Work Hours:</p> <p>This position will generally require the ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift in a 24-hour, 7 day per week operation to include evenings and holidays.</p> <p>Education/Experience/Equivalency</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma with 3+ years of proven experience or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 1+ years of proven experience. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Full understanding of GMP and cleanroom concepts. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to interpret data and follow detailed procedures. </li><li>Proven track record to work autonomously and in a team environment. </li><li>Proficiency in pharmaceutical processes, equipment, and adherence to PPE requirements. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to stand, use hands, reach, sit, talk, and hear. </li><li>Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, and stair climbing. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for up to 4 hours. </li><li>Specific vision abilities including close vision and focus adjustment. </li></ul> <p>Our Mission is to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
