<p>Undergraduate Clinical Internship</p> <p>Locations: Corvallis, Portland, Salem, Bend & The Dalles, OR</p> <p>Work Setting: On-site opportunities available across all locations</p> <p>Start Date: June 2026</p> <p>Organization: Trillium Family Services</p> <p>Compensation: Unpaid internship (employment-based opportunities may be discussed)</p> <p>About the Internship</p> <p>Trillium Family Services is seeking motivated undergraduate students for clinical internship placements beginning June 2026. This internship offers hands-on, on-site experience working directly with children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma and mental health challenges. Interns will be embedded within care teams and work under close clinical supervision in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support clinical teams in providing in-person care to youth and families </li><li>Participate in treatment planning and implementation </li><li>Assist with clinical documentation </li><li>Engage with clients using trauma-informed approaches </li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams </li><li>Develop and practice family engagement skills </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled and in good standing in an undergraduate program that requires internship or clinical hours </li><li>Ability to participate in an on-site internship placement </li><li>Availability for placement in one of the following locations: Corvallis, Portland, Salem, Bend, or The Dalles </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience working with children (professional or volunteer) </li><li>Familiarity with professional work environments </li><li>At least 1 year of leadership experience or program planning </li></ul> <p>What You'll Gain</p> <ul> <li>Direct, on-site experience working with youth in high-acuity settings </li><li>Exposure to treatment planning processes </li><li>Clinical documentation experience </li><li>Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams </li><li>Regular supervision from experienced clinicians </li><li>Training in crisis deescalation </li><li>Exposure to a variety of treatment modalities </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Successful completion of a background check </li><li>Positive professional or academic references </li><li>TB test (required post-acceptance) </li></ul> <p>To take a behind-the-scenes look at our programs, please visit: https://www.trilliumfamily.org/</p> <p>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and Service Provider committed to a culturally and linguistically diverse workforce.</p> <p>For accommodation during the application process, please contact Human Resources.</p>
