<p>Pay Range: $48,796.53 - 54,652.12 annually</p> <p>Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle</p> <p>As NFM's Associate Event Producer, you will be responsible for planning and executing on-going/repeat marketing events, charitable contributions, store tours, PR efforts, marketing research and managing circular and premium processes. You will have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule based on business needs.</p> <p>Job Duties: A Day in the Life</p> <p>Plan From concept to implementation, assist in planning marketing events Manage Own the prize give-away process, budget and direct customer contact Communicate Relay event information both internally and externally Assist in conducting circular shops, internet statistics, and competitor reports Strategize Direct event activities to be in line with the strategic goals of the department and company</p> <p>Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.</p> <p>Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, related field or equivalent experience 2 years of sales, marketing, advertising, or public relations experience in a retail environment Knowledge of local market (e.g. competitors, charities, etc.) preferred Experience with promotions and event coordination preferred Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software Applications Internet skills preferred Excellent Proofreading skills Detail oriented Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check</p>
