<p>Summary</p> <p>Hill Country Pharmacy, like other Pharmacy Partner Companies, is dedicated to Treating Each Patient Like Family. Hill Country Pharmacy is looking for an established top performer to join our team as a Manager, Business Development - Specialty Pharmacy. In this role, you will be accountable for driving referrals to meet or exceed goals by using a consultative sales approach, across multiple call points. A successful rep will use creative and compelling strategies to break through common barriers that restrict access to physicians, nurses, case managers, and other relevant decision makers. Applying seasoned sales skills to enhance in-person visits by utilizing a variety of communication channels (email, phone, text, social media) to connect with referral sources.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Market all products and services offered to new and existing accounts to meet sales and territory objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Educates physicians and referral sources on the products and services offered, referral process, and other impactful factors to build relationships and referral loyalty.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop sales leads by executing an organized call routing schedule.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute local (in conjunction with Company management) marketing and sales strategies to maximize sales growth and increase footprint.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist Company management in strategic business development activities specific to the territory.
