<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Perform in-process, and final inspection of parts as they are produced. Interact directly with operations to achieve dimensional part conformance. </li><li>Perform receiving inspections of materials and verify certifications and conditions. </li><li>Perform first-piece inspections and verify Self Inspection Reports (SIR's). </li><li>Maintain production levels as to meet Standards. </li><li>Crane Operation Skills for material handling. </li><li>Follow inspection procedures and create required quality document packages. </li><li>Train on all systems utilized in the QC process. </li><li>Systems: Epicor, CMM, White Light, Moment Weigh, & Rockwell. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills / Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.). </li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications (GD&T knowledge is a plus). </li><li>Computer literacy, including working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry into quality management software/databases. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>3 Years minimum as a QC inspector </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>The ability to lift up to 50 pounds. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer</p> <ul> <li>Annual Salary Range for this position is $54,000.00 - $68,000.00 based on experience and skills set </li><li>Supportive company culture that values its employees </li><li>Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision & 401 K Plan </li><li>Paid Parental Leave, Time Off & Holidays </li><li>Extra money in your paycheck - Employee Referral Bonus </li><li>Personal Development & Career Succession Planning </li><li>Company sponsored Perks & Discount programs </li></ul>
