Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less </li><li>Days/Nights/Weekends </li></ul> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking motived LPNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Thornton & Surrounding areas.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. </li><li>Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. </li><li>Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. </li><li>Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. </li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. </li><li>Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system. </li></ul>
