Analyze, interpret and evaluate key business risks, emergencies, and potential challenges to establish comprehensive solutions that ensure business development while balancing commercial revenue and risk control. Define key performance metrics and build detailed reporting models for effective tracking, reporting, and feedback on measures implemented. Build and implement a customer-oriented, end-to-end experience measurement and monitoring system to monitor and evaluate the health of the user experience and identify and mitigate risks. Gather customer feedback and satisfaction reports and use data analysis to identify business opportunities and issues. Report and promote the improvement of key metrics among internal teams and management. Collaborate with product, data, and technology teams to design and build intelligent risk control experience products, processes, and mechanisms.</p>
