<p>About This Role</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Learn and perform preventive maintenance tasks on the simulators and associated simulator systems. </li><li>Assist in diagnosing and correcting routine problems on the simulators and associated simulator systems. </li><li>Perform pre-flight and post flight tasks on designated simulators. </li><li>Perform basic visual alignments. </li><li>Run automatic Qualification Test Guide (QTG). </li><li>Utilize maintenance management system to record and track maintenance activities. </li><li>Complete all designated training activities. </li><li>Assist with refurbishment and hardware modifications. </li><li>Learn and comply with CAE quality management system. </li><li>Provide customer service support and address customer needs in a timely manner. </li><li>Perform logistics duties, including parts received, repair, and testing/validation. </li><li>Perform housekeeping functions to maintain the simulators as required. </li><li>Perform all administrative tasks as required. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience Requirements</p> <ul> <li>2-year technical degree or equivalent related training </li><li>0-2 years direct simulator experience </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting prints and schematics </li><li>Knowledge of analog and digital theory </li><li>Basic skills in the operation of test equipment </li><li>Basic skills in soldering and circuit board repair </li><li>Some knowledge of PCs and MS-Office tools and suite </li><li>Motivated in customer support and attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Location</p> <p>The primary work location for this position is at the Savannah Training Facility.
