To learn more, visit inhabit.com.</p> <p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>Reporting to the FP&A Manager of the Vacation Division, the Senior FP&A Analyst will provide support in all aspects of the FP&A function, including preparation of budgets, forecast models, and performance monitoring for the 10 product lines in the Division. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in the development of financial models and forecasts specific to the Vacation Software industry and will support the FP&A Manager in the financial management of the Division.</p> <p>What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)</p> <ul> <li>• Play a key role in completion of the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly financial reporting processes. </li><li>Prepare and analyze financial models and forecasts of key revenue and expense items. </li><li>Partner with the FP&A Manager of the division to perform ad hoc analysis and special projects pertaining to the strategy and financial objectives of the division. </li><li>Analyze macroeconomic trends and leading indicators in the travel industry to understand their impact on the business' financial objectives. </li><li>Complete budget versus actual variance analysis, interpreting results and alerting leadership to key risks or opportunities. </li><li>Assist in the development of financial summaries and presentations provided to executive leadership on financial results. </li><li>Act as a liaison between corporate and divisional leadership on key business processes and systems. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)</p> <ul> <li>• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. </li><li>1-3 years of corporate finance or comparable experience. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Netsuite, Oracle Hyperion, or comparable ERPs and Planning software. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities. </li><li>Proficient knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques. </li><li>Strong ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets. </li><li>Able to collaborate with cross functional teams across the organization. </li><li>Knowledge or experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) or travel software industry is a plus </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics </li></ul> <p>Type</p> <ul> <li>• Salaried, Exempt, Full-Time </li></ul> <p>Location</p> <ul> <li>• Knoxville, TN (Hybrid) </li></ul> <p>Benefits Include</p> <ul> <li>• Competitive Pay </li><li>Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Plans </li><li>Health Savings Accounts </li><li>Flexible Spending Account </li><li>Dependent Flexible Spending Account </li><li>Critical Illness </li><li>Accident </li><li>Retirement Savings Plan (401K) with discretionary company match </li><li>Short and Long-Term Disability </li><li>Company Paid $25,000.00 life insurance </li><li>Supplemental Life and AD&D Insurance </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Paid Vacation </li><li>Paid Volunteer Time </li><li>Inhabit Employee Discount Programs </li></ul> <p>Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all federal, state, and local laws, including providing reasonable accommodations to applicants.</p> <p>#Inhabithires</p>
