Be sure to check out the details of our total rewards package on our company careers page!</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>The Senior Campus Director leads all campus operations including budgeting, staffing, logistics, facilities, and compliance to ensure a safe, efficient, and student-centered environment. This role will work closely with the Campus President and Director of Education to align operations with academic schedules, initiatives, and campus goals. The individual in this role will drive operational excellence in support of high-quality educational outcomes.</p> <ul> <li>FULL ON-SITE POSITION BASED OUT OF NLC's OROVILLE, CA CAMPUS/ RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE </li><li>UP TO 25% TRAVEL REQUIRED WITH THIS ROLE </li></ul> <p>In this position you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Lead all campus operations to include budgeting, scheduling, logistics, staffing, facilities, materials, vendor services, and compliance. </li><li>Provide leadership to operations and facilities staff, promoting a positive work environment where employees are held accountable to campus and company standards. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the Campus President and Director, Education to ensure alignment of operations with academic and educational quality schedules, events, and strategic goals. </li><li>Support high-quality educational delivery by ensuring all operations staff support the internal training program, educational quality work and initiatives, and other initiatives as driven by the Campus President and Director, Education. </li><li>Maintain knowledge of NLC's educational delivery methods, models, and policies; demonstrates readiness to conduct instructor evaluations as needed. </li><li>Manages campus budget and resource allocation, ensuring fiscal responsibility and sustainable financial growth through efficient management and budgeting efforts. </li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate staff, compliance and accreditation stakeholders, and alumni. </li><li>Ensure campus adheres to accreditation standards, institutional policies, safety, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability. </li><li>Implement and monitor all campus-related KPIs, including enrollment, student and staff satisfaction, compliance, and other indicators to ensure strategic alignment with corporate and campus goals. </li><li>Participate in campus and corporate leadership meetings and cross-functional project teams serving as the voice of operations in planning and decision making. </li></ul> <p>Required Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, education, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 5 years management experience. </li></ul> <p>Technical Requirements/ Core Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Ability to develop and implement long-term goals and strategies. </li><li>Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage and develop large multi-functional teams. </li><li>Fiscal responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, capital expenditures, and resource allocation. </li><li>Skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects and strategic initiatives. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of the trades or willingness and ability to learn on the job through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration. </li></ul> <p>Salary</p> <ul> <li>$133,000 - $160,000 annual salary, DOE + an outstanding benefits package </li><li>At risk bonus potential up to 15% </li><li>$10,000 retention bonus offered </li></ul> <p>How to Apply?</p> <p>Visit lineman.edu/careers or click the apply button.
