Benefits</p> <p>Paid sick time</p> <p>Vacation time - 15 days for year-round employees</p> <p>Summers off - for all school-based employees</p> <p>Holiday pay or Non-Contract days</p> <p>Group Life Insurance</p> <p>Savings plans - American Fidelity</p> <p>Employee Assistance Program - Anthem EAP</p> <p>Public Service Loan Forgiveness - Public Service Loan Forgiveness</p> <p>GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Assistant Principal, in conjunction with the Principal, is responsible for total oversight and daily operation of the Middletown Preschool Programs.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of a master's degree. </li><li>Valid Ohio Administrator license or ability to obtain. </li><li>Minimum of three (3) years' of exemplary teaching experience in a special education setting preferred. </li><li>Good written and verbal communications skills. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership ability. </li><li>Able to use a variety of communication methods to build relationships. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Able to use technology to effectively manage data and information. </li><li>Valid driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle. </li><li>History of excellent job attendance. </li><li>Must pass required criminal background checks and be free from communicable diseases. </li></ul> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>Salary and work year as established by the Governing Board. The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non - prescribed controlled substance use in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the District.</p> <p>EVALUATION:</p> <p>Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Personnel.</p> <p>The Butler County Educational Service Center is an equal opportunity employer.
