For more information regarding the mission, vision, and values of University Housing, we encourage applicants to review the University Housing website.</p> <p>The primary purpose of the Maintenance Mechanic position is to perform plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and household appliance repair and preventative maintenance services so that the residence halls are kept in good repair and meet all local, state, and federal regulations for safe and habitable housing.</p> <p>The Maintenance Mechanic will complete assigned work orders and process information through the use of an online work order system.
