<p>Orchard Place is looking for summer interns to assist our Recreational Therapist facilitate enrichment activities for the youth in Orchard Place's residential Campus program. Throughout the summer, interns will have the opportunity to connect with youth ages 10 - 17 through program development and implementation.</p> <p>The internship runs from end of May through July. Pay rate is $11.00 per hour. This is a part time opportunity, Monday - Thursday. A few requirements include:</p> <ul> <li>Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with human services related major. Priority given to students in their junior or senior academic year. </li><li>Experience working with youth in areas of activities development and implementation preferred. </li><li>Ability to problem solve and work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment </li></ul> <p>Criminal record, abuse registry and motor vehicle record checks completed as required by Orchard Place's licensing and accreditation standards.</p>
