<p>Westfield Public Schools seeks qualified applicants for an Educational Team Leader for the 25/26 School Year:</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Under the direction of authorized administrators shall:</p> <ul> <li>Chair team meetings in assigned buildings. </li><li>Facilitate the development of Individual Education Plans. </li><li>Write IEPs and complete paperwork for all IEP and non-IEP special education meetings. </li><li>Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations, including timelines. </li><li>Coordinate and schedule team meetings. </li><li>Monitor completion of progress reports. </li><li>Ensure all staff have appropriate access to special services student information. </li><li>Maintain student files in accordance with privacy and confidentiality requirements. </li><li>Monitor paraprofessional assignments. </li><li>Any other duties that may be assigned by the Superintendent of Schools or the Administrator of Special Education and Student Support Services. </li></ul> <p>REPORTS TO:</p> <p>Building Principal and Administrator of Special Education and Student Support Services.</p> <p>Salary and terms of employment will be commensurate with the Westfield Public Schools Unit A contract. Salary placement will be based on the information contained in the application as submitted.</p> <p>Performance on this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Westfield School Committee policy on evaluation.</p> <p>This position contingent upon funding.</p>
