<p>Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our software operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Facility Operations Asset Management & Reliability team supports our data centers by developing standardized processes and procedures, including a global assessment management system, to ensure maximum readiness of equipment and operating systems. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be experienced in asset lifecycle management, program management, and leading complex programs with cross-functional teams.10+ years of experience in asset management of infrastructure Experience in leading complex programs and work with cross-functional teams with minimal direction Track record of thinking strategically and executing tactically Experience in program management and deployment Experience supporting site teams in a responsive and resourceful manner Experience providing solutions to large-scale projects Experience communicating effectively Bachelor's Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or industrial) or construction management Advanced degree or certification in engineering/project management Experience supporting or leading planning and development of capital refurbishment projects for a large fleet of facilities Experience in managing process and program deployment across multiple facilities and stakeholders Experience in interfacing with cross-functional teams for mission critical facility operations, particularly in engineering, project management, shutdown planning and CapEx forecasting</p>
