They are also responsible for monitoring materials and provisions and informing manager of ordering needs.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates familiarity with the shared governance model and performance improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates respectful and effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops an emerging awareness of ethical issues and how they relate to clinical practice.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates applied knowledge base in areas of policies, procedures, standards of care, and medications by utilizing HackensackUMC@ Pascack Valley.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of experience. </li></ul> <p>Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.</p>
