They are part of the Digital UX/UI team whose mission is to create a premium digital shopping experience that drives sales.</p> <p>Through design thinking activities, conducting usability & A/B tests, and studying data, they continuously refine the user experience. This role has an end-to-end responsibility for frontend design, from ideating and prototyping to delivering and optimizing features.</p> <p>Key responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create customer-centric eCommerce customer journeys and translate requirements into brand and product story. </li><li>Design wireframes that consider all use cases and create UI assets for development. </li><li>Participate in Design Thinking workshops to best understand the customer's decision-making process. </li><li>Create A/B tests to gain learnings, conduct competitor reviews and customer surveys, and monitor website data to gain insights for design decisions </li><li>Partner with Product Owners on features to continuously optimize the user experience, and collaborate closely with IT to ensure technical feasibility and performance. </li></ul> <p>Key performance measures for position</p> <ul> <li>User engagement and satisfaction metrics (CES) </li><li>Revenue growth directly attributed to new product features or enhancements (Value Bridge contribution) </li><li>Efficiency of the product development process (time to delivery of new solutions). </li></ul> <p>Competencies/Skills for position</p> <ul> <li>Ideally university degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or have similar experience within a related field 3+ years' experience in UX/UI design </li><li>Digital design portfolio with eCommerce experience </li><li>Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry </li><li>Have a collaborative team spirit and always striving to learn new things </li><li>Experienced in agile ways of working </li><li>International mindset, and fluent business English </li><li>Excellent prototyping and design skills and a deep understanding of new software/web technologies </li><li>Have a customer-centric creative mindset and can review both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions </li></ul> <p>Start:</p> <p>2025-08-31</p>
