<p>Job Title: General Superintendent</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Oversee and manage day-to-day field operations across multiple HVAC construction projects. Supervise and coordinate sheet metal labor crews, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensure projects are executed in compliance with safety standards, project schedules, and contract documents. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and office staff to drive project success. Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings related to HVAC and sheet metal systems. Order and track HVAC and sheet metal materials, ensuring timely delivery to job sites. Maintain a strong jobsite safety culture and enforce NYC DOB and site-specific safety requirements. Oversee work on commercial, school, and healthcare facilities. Perform site walks, inspections, and progress reporting. You will have autonomy and influence over field operations, working on complex, high-impact HVAC projects.
