<p>Reporting to the Corporate Director of Supply Chain Logistics and Distribution, the Supply Chain Site Manager is responsible for the overall management of all Supply Chain services functions at the designated facility or facilities. Acts as the liaison of all supply chain related functions to assist the needs of entity ensuring the top priority of patient care. On-site Supply Chain representative attending required meetings and participating in committees as requested. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, oversight of supervisors and staff at multiple locations ensuring the timely delivery and restocking of supplies throughout the campus including those in clinical supply cabinets. Must assure completion of all daily job functions for the department including maintenance of par locations. Estimated salary range for this position is $93867.22 - $122027.39 / year depending on experience. Degrees:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors. </li></ul> <p>Licenses & Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Drivers License from Florida. </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or applicable related field. </li><li>3 years Supervisory Experience and 5 years Supply Chain experience in healthcare or any related setting. </li><li>Analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve problems and develop partnerships with internal departments to assist areas in delivering results providing the best patient care. </li><li>Excellent organizational, and time-management skills required to prioritize tasks, work independently as well as a member of a team while performing job duties in a highly challenging and fast-paced work environment. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and apply judgment to make critical decisions in a demanding environment. </li><li>Must be proficient in using computer applications, data & analytics platforms and inventory/procurement management systems. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years</p>
