For a better tomorrow, we play today.</p> <p>You can now text "Jobs" to 763-296-1077 to learn more!</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The role of the PVC Loader is to hang parts on the PVC line while meeting our internal quality expectations and identified production goals.</p> <p>VALUES</p> <ul> <li>Innovation </li><li>Commitment & Passion </li><li>Integrity </li><li>Team & Relationships </li></ul> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Identify parts to print for correct identification. </li><li>Will check parts for physical defects. </li><li>Load parts on the PVC line. </li><li>Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts on a continual basis throughout the day. </li><li>Expected to be wearing proper PPE throughout the day (Bump caps, steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc.). </li><li>Must have general computer knowledge. </li><li>Take part in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts. </li></ul> <p>ATTRIBUTES</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively </li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Must be quality focused </li><li>Must be able to rotate to other positions </li><li>Able to take direction from multiple sources </li><li>Must be able to multi-task </li><li>Willing to cross train and work in other areas of the company </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques on a daily basis </li><li>Ability to work overhead, and standing up constantly throughout the day </li><li>Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule </li><li>Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product </li><li>Flexible in their work schedule and able to work for 10 hours up to 4 -6 months </li></ul> <p>The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
