We're seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead a team of 20-40 production employees and 1-3 lead operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is your opportunity to make a real impact by overseeing daily production activities, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe, efficient workplace.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead, train, and supervise production teams to meet deadlines and quality goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Assign duties, coach employees, and develop their skills to enhance team performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with operations management to align labor resources with production needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Run machinery as backup when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct performance reviews and maintain accurate production reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Enforce safety protocols and company policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive waste reduction initiatives using Lean principles and COS tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage physical inventories.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead special projects and step in for operations management during absences.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain time and attendance records.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate degree or 3-5 years related manufacturing experience.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of safety procedures including lock out/tag out.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to identify quality defects and recommend corrective actions.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working with measuring tools and heavy machinery.</p> </li></ul> <p>What to Expect</p> <ul> <li> <p>Standard workweek of 48 hours, with occasional overtime and travel (up to 10%) to support other plants.</p> </li><li> <p>Fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing floor environment with exposure to temperature variations, noise, and mechanical equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye/hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, and hi-vis vests.</p> </li><li> <p>12-hour shifts with a schedule that supports business needs, including flexibility for overtime and weekend work.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Work With Us?</p> <p>We value leadership, continuous improvement, and safety.
