<p>Job Summary: To perform tasks necessary to retrieve orders from inventory, pack and verify quantity and labels.</p> <p>Shift: Mon-Fri - 9:45pm - 6:00am</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a clean and orderly work area/warehouse </li><li>Maintains a safe working environment by following environments by following all company safety policies and procedures and reports unsafe conditions and incidents </li><li>Maintains company's quality standards </li><li>Responsible for training employees </li><li>Computes amounts of stock and supplies required for operations, based on production schedules, and requisitions materials from storage area. </li><li>Supports plans flow of materials through department and develops physical layout of machines according to work orders </li><li>Communicates with others in the organization to ensure customer deadlines are met </li><li>Directs/instructs workers in adjusting machines and equipment to repair products which fail to meet standards </li><li>Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules </li><li>Maintains time and production records </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three years of experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work at a fast pace </li><li>Ability to multi task and read production tickets </li><li>Ability to perform math calculations including fractions </li><li>Must be able to read tape measure, including micrometer </li><li>Must be computer literate </li><li>Ability to maintain production standards </li><li>Must be dedicated to continuous improvement </li><li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, or stand for extended periods of time </li></ul>
