Job Summary</p> <p>Stericycle has a challenging career opportunity available at the Corporate HQ in Bannockburn, IL for a highly motivated Financial Analyst Senior to support the company. This role will provide planning, forecasting and month end support for on-going operations as well as support ad hoc analysis and projects.</p> <p>II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with Business Partners to analyze current and historical business trends, consolidates the financial results and provides the narratives to key business stakeholders </li><li>Assists in development of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages and presentations for the Executive Leadership team and Board of Directors </li><li>Assists with Investor Relations financial analysis and actively participates in earnings preparation </li><li>Performs forecasting, long-range planning and budget activities </li><li>Drives process improvements to ensure data quality and reporting standards for both financial and non-financial information </li><li>Executes on initiatives that create value through cost management, process improvements, and/or that improve the quality of deliverables to stakeholders </li><li>Supports potential ad-hoc analysis as requested, including project business cases/ IRR/NPV analysis </li><li>Participates on and/or leads cross-functional teams </li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned </li></ul> <p>III. Qualifications - Must live and work in the US</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of Financial Analyst experience </li><li>MBA and/or CPA, a plus </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Required Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>CPA Preferred </li><li>Strong analytical and modeling skills, with a strong attention to detail and follow up </li><li>Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, meet or exceed deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and to interface effectively with all levels of the company </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate financial results and the impact of proposed business decisions </li><li>Ability to identify problems and areas of improvement and suggest possible causes and solutions </li><li>Strong presentation and communication techniques - verbal and written </li><li>Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills and advanced knowledge of excel </li><li>Strong organization and project management skills </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP, a plus </li></ul> <p>IV. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.</p> <p>V.
