This is a unique opportunity to build a key function within a dynamic, growing company and make an lasting impact on our commercial expansion. As the architect of our implementation process, you'll shape how we onboard and support customers, turning technical integration into a seamless experience that drives early adoption of our imaging solution.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding/implementation roles within sales organizations. </li><li>Experience with healthcare SaaS products (particularly medical imaging or visualization) and technical understanding of PACS/EMR integration. </li><li>Knowledge of radiology services workflows, in a hospital and/or in a clinic or practice-based environment is strongly preferred. </li><li>Strong technical knowledge with an ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical users. </li><li>Basic understanding of medical reimbursement systems. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with proven customer and internal stakeholder relationship building ability. </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational, project management, and critical thinking skills. </li><li>Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred). </li><li>CT scanner technical experience or background as CT technologist is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Location and Travel Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>This role is based out of our office in Boston, MA. For local candidates, we operate in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration.
